1. On the Underground Jiu Jitsu website undergroundjjsg.com
2. Click "sign up" in the upper right-hand corner
3. Complete all required fields as a "member"

4. Click "sign-up"
5. On the confirmation page, click "Account Log-In"
6. Login with your chosen credentials to view your member profile
7. On the left, click "Add Family Member"
8. Click "save details"
9. Complete steps 3 through 8, as necessary
